The Distillers’ Inter-Livery Pétanque
Thursday 28th July 2022 : The London Pétanque Club . Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens
17.30 assemble, 18.00 first ball

Whilst each team should consist of 3 members per team, individuals are welcome to register and a Mixed Livery Team (or teams) will be created. The cost per team is £45 and if an individual wishes to play the cost will be £15.

Teams should provide their own boules however equipment will be available to hire if required. There will be a refreshing glass of Pimm’s to welcome you but please bring your own refreshments and chairs for the competition.

Teams will play in heats, with the winners moving forward to a semi-final, and final.

The winning team will be presented with a perpetual trophy of a bespoke mini-cask very kindly produced by a Liveryman of the Coopers’ Company, who will be hosting a similar event next year. The winners will also receive bottles of whisky donated by the Distillers’ Company.

The dress code should, of course, be “comfortable” and appropriate for what will hopefully be a warm summer’s evening.

All profits will go to the Lord Mayor’s Appeal.
